Originally intended to make 1st Flight from Bahrain to Calcutta but was posted too late and made second flight on July 12 1933. The cover franked with King George V 3p slate, 2a vermi1ion and 1929 airmail 6a bistre all tied with BAHRAIN cds Donaldson #6. Registered label alongside Donaldson #18. On reverse Calcutta arrival July 15. The Calcutta Post Office tried to deliver the cover without sucsess and mailed it back on the 2nd October via Port Taufic Nov 5th to Cyprus.
